The Engine is very smooth, and powerful. I have not been to a highway for a long period yet, so most of the driving has been trough the city streets ( traffic lights every mile or so, and stop signs).It is a QUIET vehicle. Once you drive it You want to keep driving all day, very comfortable.

The book has no limit on speed for breaking the engine, but recommends not to keep the same speed for long. I've refueled about every time the tank was 1/2 way down and fuel consumption has been between 12 and 14 miles per gallon..of 87 octane (1.50 $ per us gallon in this area).

That is close to book performance, I expect it to improve a little bit as the engine reaches 1500 miles. There is a product advertised in magazines that improves power and miles/gallon, and I think I'll put it on. see it at www.tornadoair.com if you know any thing about that let me know if You recommend it...

We were looking for a Black or silver EX with everything on it but there was none so we took the white 4x4 with  ABS, load leveling , Luxury pack and TOW KIT ( only 3500 LB.. some places it says it can carry 5000 lb. but the factory tow kit only allows for 3500. I read that the factory is going to change the supplier of the hitch so it can tow 5000)

There is nothing in the Book explaining about the automatic load leveling.. I called KIA and they said its the Shock absorbers that provide this option. That Silver looks great, and it looks better in www.cobra-sor.com I hope I didn't Make it too long....
