The driving performance on the road is much better but you also feel the "bumps" in the road a lot more. I am used to that and I really like the looks of it, so for me "no problemo".
It's almost the same feeling driving with the 19" wheels as if you lowered the car by putting on some sport springs.

Today I did some offroad driving in sand and mud (not to rough) and the the Pirelli Scorpion 255 tires did a very good job there.
